Is Recovering From Eye Surgery Difficult?
The recovery from eye surgery can take several days to a couple of weeks. During this time, you may need to keep your eyes bandaged or otherwise protected from the light as they can be intensely sensitive during this time. After several days, your eyes may start to feel as though they have fully healed, but you should continue following your doctor's recommended recovery plan. Otherwise, you may strain your eyes or cause other problems that could delay your recovery. Eventually, your doctor will want you to return for a follow-up visit so that they can determine whether or not there are any issues or complications developing.
